You need to tell what you can what you can and can't at the very beginnig.
When you promise a something forget the rest try to finish job no matter how much time and money costing you.
Make sure other party understand the time period necessary for ranking got better. If you are not so sure don't tell like it's real. You just promise i can do some better but not perfect ranking like i do you number

Please take a look these points before you buy a colocation service.
1.) Distance (try to get coloc service closer places) The more close you get this service faster responses you will get.
2.) The Price, of cource itshould not be expensive in terms of same bantwidth.
3.) Datacenter conditions and facilities. Make sure the datacenter is stable and secure.

4.) Stability, some DCs are notvery stable so make sure working with the ones %100 uptime.
