Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately I had what you suggested about 3 weeks ago...and then my board was hacked and had to restore it back from October. I've been rather busy with the new skin I'm creating and should be releasing here very shortly. I'd appreciate another look at my board when it's all said and done Thanks

You might want to set your forums to show threads "since the beginning" since (1) it seems you stripped the template from the view options controls and (2) you want to give search engines the easiest path to your threads (even if they are older) as otherwise they would only get there via the archives (archive as sitemap that is).
