vbseo is loading slow for me

The site in general is a bit slow for me sometimes. Especially the support page which I expect to load fast when I am really in need to help. You guys should consider switching to a faster server.

Ok sorry. As soon as I finished posting this message, the site is now a bit faster. But the support page is still slow. It could be the custom code. I would suggest you use something like kayako esupport. It might also be the secure certificate loading.

Loads fast for me -- maybe you have a slow Internet connection?

I would like to see a traceroute to see if you are experiencing any problems with your ISP.

Please run a traceroute by doing the following:

Windows XP/2000
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter cmd and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert vbseo.com and hit enter.

Windows ME/98/98SE
1. Go to Start > Run...
2. Enter command and click OK.
3. At the prompt, type tracert vbseo.com and hit enter.

Unix/Linux/Mac OS X
1. Open a terminal screen
2. At the prompt, type traceroute -I vbseo.com and hit enter

Please copy-n-paste the traceroute back here.

Regards Jason

we have had the same problem when we first installed vbseo almost a year ago. We had to uninstall it and keep it uninstalled until we upgraded to a faster server. Last month we upgraded, and so we tried vbseo again, and there were no speed problems at all.

Check with your host and your existing server hardware. That is most likely the problem

I run on a shared hosting account, and I haven't noticed any increase performance wise since the install of vBSEO -- everything is great!
