Well after a little headache, I have installed successfully. The headache was on my part btw. Here are some stats:

Google Referrals /Wk = 7 , ha beat that
Google = 1,850
MSN = 815
Yahoo = 179 pages indexed, take the pages X 50/page I guess you get 8,950 correct me if wrong

Some of the pages in Yahoo are from when I was running phpnuke so there are modules and such indexed. I am sure that number will change real quick. Be back soon when some numbers change!

Yahoo: 173 total, it is not pages of the find, it's actual pages to my site.

The engines are probably still dumping the old links, so give it some more time.

I'd encourage you to track the # of referrals that you get from the SE's. That's more important than the # of pages in the index.

Hi Kevin,

Absolutely. With good SEO, you often may find that you will have less pages indexed and still get more traffic. In fact, with vBSEO this is a certainty, since we block all noise/garbage/duplicate pages, and focus on optimization on a thread by thread basis.

However, seeing your indexed page count grow is good, since it is an indication that your content is being discovered and made eligible for increased traffic.

Attached is the graph from google anylitics. Anyway, just so you know, i reverted some of the templates so my code from google was not in over the weekend. So 5 referals it is for SEP 25 to OCT 1. BTW, my google indexed pages is zero right now, think they are starting over with my site or something.

Anyone have any idea an average time on getting the vbseod urls indexed into google or like engines, just wondering on this. It's only been a short while, I am not expecting anything yet. And also, could I have one of the experts here look at my url's and make sure the software is working properly. Thanks in advance!!

Dialy unique's are still around 50-70. But most of that is other marketing campaigns and returning visitors. Thanks for the info.

msn[organic] = 36 in a week

dogpile.com[referral] = 3 in a week

google[organic] = 14 in a week (I have an adwords campaign also)

MSN has jumped big time
First time dogpile has shown up in analytics
google, don't know cause of adwords, it's low.

Just a question, what is the difference between organic and referral. And which is better, or does it not matter. Thanks vbseo, I am 3-4 weeks into it and seeing results. It's not much but over time I think it will jump. Thanks

I am killing MSN right now!

Keywords for search:

boilie recipe #1 site
canadian girls 2nd page #3 site (funny keyword for fishing, eh)
saugeye #6 site
Huge catfish #1 site
bigun #1 site
my boat #3 site
saltwater fish forums #3 site (very relavent)

I could do this all day. Analytics has about 50 keywords on MSN my site is listed in the first page for. WOW, that was dang fast. Thanks again.

Ok, thanks again.
Referrals are going through the roof, well for my kind of traffic anyway (very little compared to most sites on here). I am getting referrals from 4 engines.

Google
Yahoo
MSN - my biggest producer
Search.com

Thanks, they are increasing everyday.
