guys I cannot tell you how happy I am that you have such an awesome support I had some big issues today and the vbulletin support told me i have to reupload all orig. files and and and....... I was beggin there to help me cuz i am new but seems I was totally misunderstood and all it was a long ticket there ticket to me and at the end I still was not able to fix, They said they cant help me more with SEO as addon I then asked here and all works super I been understood at the 1st moment Oleg from support team is so nice and friendly he saved my life today , lol Really I was almost crying today if i seen my forum dont come up anymore. He helped so fast and friendly thanks so much Not only that what I have seen now VBSEO does . its awesome also your team is wonderful from the 1st day i came here and posted a question I felt very welcome and got fast replies. Remember, the vBSEO Team, like all of our customers, includes *you* too.  Our approach to support is making it our top priority to get you back up and running, and doing whatever we can to help make sure that happens as quickly as possible. If you ever suspect that an issue you are having may be related to vBSEO, please check here first. It's the policy of the vBulletin support team that you first disable any 3rd party plugins before they can assist you. That is required since it would be extremely difficult for them to determine the source of the problem when the forum is modified with one or more extensions that they may or may not be familiar with. I'm glad that Oleg helped you get back up and running. He's our resident rock star for sure.

Thank you Joe for explaining yeah I can understand now why the vbull support team could not really help Fact is I learend another lesson today I see i have to learn a lot about all that stuff Will try my best, Still me happy to have VBSEO now hehe |
