Thumbs down Support Tickets
This is not really a review of vBSEO just the lack of tech support.

I submitted a support ticket last night and did not even get a reply to it as of now, this is the second time that no one has replied to my support tickets and I just renewed my license last month.

Since you posted multiple times in your ticket, it might have gotten positions lower in the priority list with new tickets at the top. Someone will review your ticket and provide assistance soon.

the reason I posted multiple time is because it would not allow me to edit the first one and add to it, but either way I don' think it should matter someone should have responded.

You are correct. We are a bit behind with a higher than usual volume of support tickets. Tickets with 0 replies are always at the top of the incoming list, so others get pushed down.
