This software is helping a lot, I'm now, just with in a few weeks, plastered all over google and other engines.

Yay!

Gamebugs.org - Your FREE MMO Bot, Exploit & Guide Source

I might add this software to rpgbugs.com and petmoose.com(when pettmoose launches)

Anyway, thanks!

It shows 24,000+ members, but that's 3800+ active users. Not members logged in. Most are probably search engine bots. Yahoo spiders have been known to slam sites like that.

No fake stats, this forum has been around for 3 or 4 years now. It's a pretty popular place.

Anywho do you know how to change that in my site, my bad on that, the "poewered by vb" thing?

38,000 posts seems really low for a site that has been around that long, and has that many members. Why is that?

It's because it's a video game guide & cheat forum not a social community forum.

and yes we are changing our rules so people must register before they can view the guides, hopefully this will get people posting more.

That may get more people sign up, but not post. you need to get content that people want to discuss. I own Gamerz Needs - For All Your Gaming Needs! which is a game site maybe similiar to yours(have not had time to check yours out just yet) but it has been opened for just over a year now and we are at Threads: 37,293, Posts: 357,784, Members: 57,514

The only thing that I have done is not allow guests to download attachments, this has meant they need to sign up, which was good. I don't have any post restrictions on my site, because all that does is cause spam. anyway good luck on your site!

keep in mind, if this is the case, that search engines will also have to register to view the content....

and well, they won't ever register

Currently i see 3891 guests , so i am guessing bots? Even though my forums are like 2 weeks old but it registers more bots than actual users .

But it does look good for potential advertisers
