I think the mod that shows you the spiders when they are on your site is called vBOL. It also should have an extra spiders.xml to attract spiders for more than just the few sites vbulletin has in their spiders.xml.

Yeh, you need a spiders.xml, which you can get from vBulletin® - Instant Community.

You can get the plugin from vBulletin.org.
