Well, I'm happy with it now

got a decent layout together and got some nice colors together and so forth. i'm holding off on doing anything major until 3.6 comes out in a couple weeks most likely. Then, its off to CSS-land.

For an update, Google Cache has my site. One thing i've noticed is that because vB writes a new file name everytime you save it, the cache is screwy with no styles because the style sheet no longer exists as linked. I might look into making a mod to fix this issue, just having a static style.css file.

Hopefully in a day or two i can get some real numbers up here.

(I wouldn't hold my breath on 3.6 Gold in a couple of weeks.

Well, I'm already making a hit in the SE's with the new links. Pages are up in google, and i have some vbseo links too.

Ad revenue is still down about 50%.

I think it's because I got rid of my "homepage" that served med rec block ads on it which had very good CTR's on it, and my archive is not re-indexed yet.

So, i'm struggling through right now, but i'm hoping it picks up over the next couple days.

Well, Hondaswap has officially been spawned by google now, showing nearly every forum in vBSEO state. Not bad, only took about a week

Most of the old URL's are showing on later pages in the results too, so my first couple pages of results are all vBSEO url's.

yahoo and msn are basically unchanged from yesterday, so no need to post those again.
I need to re-submit my site map to yahoo too, I haven't done that in a while.

Other people are seeing this too, so it looks like google just took a huge hit. people are showing less than 1% of what they did just a few days ago. I'm in the same boat.

but the good news is, that my vbseo links have gone up a lot DOUBLE since early saturday morning EST, even given this huge drop.

Results 1 - 10 of about 265 from hondaswap.com for vbseo.

yahoo is up in total, but down in vbseo pages....

1 - 10 of about 258,000 from hondaswap.com
1 - 2 of about 1,830 from hondaswap.com for vbseo but a lot of dupes, hence only 2 showing without clicking on the "show similar" link.

MSN is down and poorly indexed. it's showing mostly crap thats long gone, delted, or moved.

A good majority of my reference materials are now displaying, and to me that is much more important that many "normal" topics.

We shall see what tomorrow brings

no changes to yahoo or msn to report.
