VBSEO was installed yesterday on Talk Second Life - Business Resources for Your Second Life and I'm keeping this thread to keep track of its progress.

Some Good news/ Some bad news


The good news
Site:talksecondlife.com has 1,710 pages indexed in Google

The bad news
Site:Talk Second Life - Business Resources for Your Second Life has 1,340 pages indexed in Google (Earlier today this number was 1,400).

I'm not sure what is happening but time will tell.

Hmm...

I'm feeling cautiously optimistic. My forum has been open for 2 months. Over those two months I've averaged 2-3 new signups per day. Several days I have peaked at 8 registrations (my previous highest).

I am glad to say that 1 day after installing VBSEO my forum had 17 new registrations over a 24 hour period.

I've checked this each day and it has steadily grown each day.

As of Feb 8, 2007 my stats are now:
2,820 pages indexed in Google. (an increase in over 1,000 pages since I started a few weeks ago with VBSEO). Good work!

Also, a check of my analytics is showing that Talk Second Life - Business Resources for Your Second Life is now getting much more organic google traffic than before.

Yesterday I had 26 organic visitors
The day before that I had 40.
2 weeks ago I was getting between 6-16 unique organic visitors each day.

Great job, I'm planning on buying a second license for my other forum!

Hmm,

Stats are down the last two days:

yesterday showed 2,500 pages indexed.
Today showed 2,430 indexed.

What's going on? I had a few hundred more earlier.
