My first board and experience with this company / product

I have been into SEO for a while. When I opened a board I straight away thought about SEO. I quickly found this product which promised a lot. Thr purchase procedure was not instant due to the verification on my cc payment . It took the best part of the day , maybe the paypal one is faster .

I downloaded it without realising that it was a bit more tricky for my IIS setup. There were no immediate warnings on the site to tell me that I had to have a special beta version for IIS. The documentation that came with my download was not extensive which is shame for VBSEO as it seems a wonderful product that is well thought out. It seemed more concerned with telling me not to hack out the link this product puts on the bottom of each page.

That being said I asked for help It came. I posted in the troublshooting board, opened a ticket and answers were always quicky posted. Some of the problem i had came down to my own lack of experience with rewrite technology and some with poor documentation. To focus on the positive though i have seen great manuals and no support ..so a BIG thumbs up to vbSEO for this. It was awesome , quick , detailed with the tech offering to log into my machine and fix it for me. A few hours later my set up was running.

I still have to learn about how i can tweak the SEO bit from the control panel, so i will update this post at some point when i have more experience for it.

For anybody considering purchasing , if support is one of your decision criteria on top of a great product then buy it. Forget the free rewrite stuff ..sniffing around other boards told me to stay away from it with them being frequently problematic. They definatley dont offer meta injection on the fly...

Your PHP must accelerated by ZEND and ioncube.

Your welcome. To update. I still believe i spent my money well on this product. I think some section with example rewrites might be a good idea. Also i have found it doesnt work with photopost , but understand this is being worked on.

All in all, reccomended.
