Customer Issue

Hello,

I've been here for over a year and have recently upgraded before my license expired to vbSEO 3.2 Gold I believe is the latest version.

I was in the middle of a support ticket and about to give my ftp information so you all could make sure that my product was running properly.

I checked back every other day and before we could finish the support ticket my license expired and now it says I can't even finish the support ticket that I had started prior to it expiring.

I don't need to renew since I have the latest version already, and all I wanted in closure was to make sure my product was working due to an unexplained error on the front page of our website stating "vbseo friendly urls' which was outside of the forum.

I think it's fair and ethical that the support ticket be concluded and I'd like Oleg to take a look at our settings and make sure our vbSEO and sitemap generator is still working.

I've set up anti-spam bot stuff but now I notice even my daily visitors is less, which makes no sense to me.

I'd like to know if your company will finish the support ticket, otherwise I'll have to wait a few months for you to make a new version to upgrade to, since there is no point to pay for an upgrade if there is nothing to upgrade to.

Please re-state the issue that is unresolved here. The vBSEO Total Support Team will respond. If they need to have a look at your server, since your ticket was in progress before expiry, they will request it (and you can send it privately via PM).

Note: Renewal is not only for access to upgrades, but also for renewed access to our Priority Support ticketing system. So even though you have the latest version, it is usually in your best interest to have renewed support as well, so that you have instant access to us should you ever run into any troubles you need help resolving.

FYI - We also have a team of staff members now working on rolling out a superior new support system that we hope will serve all of our customers better.

That is my support ticket that i can no longer view.

We made a thread at .org about a code for a poll on front page and it was having an issue that kept giving us a vbseo error on our front page, where we don't use vbseo as our front page is not part of our vbulletin forum, it's external in a sense.

We asked here what the problem was and could not get an answer and were told to upgrade.

We upgraded and all i want to know from Oleg is whether it's working properly or not.

I'm asking for him specifically because we bought the sitemap generator for our website from him, and that should be unaffected, but also we use the vbSEO sitemap generator from .org and we use your vbSEO.

All we want to know is if all systems are working properly for the product we paid for due to a strange error that occurred.

So I'd like him to take a look at it for us to close out our support ticket and we're good.

I understand upgrading is great and after a year I finally started to see vbSEO results, but now it's as if it's gone back in time and my guests aren't even what they used to be and yet our activity from our current members is the same as it's always been, so I don't know what the issue is. That's why I'm requesting a final look before we move on from here.

Can i also raise that the product is superbly fine, however support is somewhat slow and could quite drastically be affecting my SEO.. i have been waiting for days on end for an issue to be resolved with my ticket: 11689 however nothing has been done still as i believe i have a few minor issues that need resolving with regards to htaccess..

Supports always been fast and top notch for me, but they maybe under a lot of support issues and development with 3.8 just being released so just give them a little time.

Do you have a thread opened here kayz with your issue that maybe the forum members could help you with?

As i stated my ip range is blocked within your site and i asked other staff member to check the thread. I just re asked them again and a staff member will respond ASAP.

Merk you have been very helpful, i can remove your ip address from my IP range if that helps as i have blocked a few countries due to rougue activity ive had in the past?

I have no removed the country blocking, do let me know if you can access the site still?
