vbseo3.0 RC

mysql.ver 5.0.24

MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)
MySQL connection collation:utf8_general_ci

and all table MySQL connection collation:utf8_general_ci
vbb config.php:$config['Mysqli']['charset'] = 'utf8';
now:

IF
Replace 'Previous/Next Thread' redirect links? =yes
then: the title chinaese=????????? ,for example:Wow? ????????????? | - ??
this ????? is chinaese
but english title is right.
