(Ayuda!) Error .Htaccess

Al parecer mi hosting no soporta el .htaccess, me sale este error:

Pero puedo modificar el php.ini , asi que si alguien me traduce lo de htaccesss a php.ini se lo agradecería

Sin embargo veo que vBSEO ya está funcionando en tu sitio. ¿Has podido resolver el problema?.
