Zend Optimiser not installed

I have seen a thread on this already however it has been closed. Do I simply need to wait for my host to upgrade their Zend installer and there is no work on my part? Or do i need to do something myself to get it working again?

Make sure your host is aware of the issue and is installing the Zend Optimizer with the server upgrade. Alternatively, you can upload the ionCube version.
