Hello, please try to increase xcache.var_size setting in xcache configuration (currently it's set to 0).

I could ask my host to do it, but if you know how to edit it through ssh, do you know the commands so I can do it myself? and what would you suggest it being set to?

You can search for "xcache.var_size" in your /usr/local/Zend/etc/php.ini file and set its value to 4M.

Okay thanks. it is now working. hopefully this will bring my server load/lag down, as my server load is around 10 10 10 non stop this past 2 days. Any other tips on how to better optimize xcache on the server would be very much appreciated, as my server is not going to well right now. |

Thanks, for now I will leave it. the server load is good again today after configuring xcache yesterday and turning on xcache in vbseocp. the server load had dropped from 10 to 1 I am monitoring how it is going, and hopefully it will now stay around this level. Thanks. |
