writing custom wordpress bridge.. how do i get vbseo url?

I'm writing a custom bridge and I'm inserting new threads/posts into vbulletin from wordpress and I need to create a link back to the thread... I can't find the url tho... I'm pretty sure it's because it's being rewritten in real time... so my question is how do I generate the seo friendly url on my end? thank u
