It is not there anymore in vb4. You don't want it there anyway.

It maybe add by mistake, However that's from the important long tail optimization tips and it's removed by default on vBuletin default styles.

So it's best to have nothing but the name of the thread in showthread? I have it that way but also noticed that vBSEO has "- vBulletin SEO Forums" behind every thread.

There is nothing good in SEO using thread title - forum title, The correct way to increase your search long tail is only using thread title.
