Question Will adding Forum ID's and Thread ID's decrease server load?

Will it have a bad effect on URLs already indexed and my current SE position? If so, for how long?

Thanks,

We do not recommend changing URLs, as we promote choosing and staying with them.

However, not using the forum ID or the thread ID could cause problems for you. Therefore, since you are relatively new to vBSEO, *if* you want to change to another format, you should do so as quickly as possible.

You do not want to keep growing with the current format if you plan to change it.

So basically I will lose all my URL's in Google, etc?

Will they reindex as fast as they did when I first installed VBSeo?

I installed less than a month ago?

I would like optimal performance but, if it means I'm going to lose all traffic from SE and postion for months, that would suck.

Miguel
