Why is my VBSEO showing as unregistered

Why is my VBSEO showing as unregistered

You need to provide us with more information. Have you recently upgraded? We have been having some issues with the new keys being registerred. Please open a ticket with FTP, admincp, and vbseocp access and we will get you a new key in asap.

So now you need access to my entire site. What, you don't have enought scripts installed with the basic install????

What part about I've been using the same script since the project begain don't you understand?????

indeed thats crap, no point issuein an complaint, as there all back each other up. its a dead end with companys like this.

Hello,

do you have the license key displayed in green color in vBSEO CP? If not, please open a ticket so that we can provide you the key.
vBSEO tries to automatically retrieve the license, but in case if server disallows outbound connections the key cannot be retrieved and you should enter it manually in vbseocp.

Then their would be no reason that a key would have dissappeared other then someone removing it from the mysite.com/vbseocp.php or by removing it from config_vbseo.php.

Back on topic, please follow Olegs instructions so we can get your board back up.

FYI - The license will not show as unregistered, if it previously was displaying ok, UNLESS a change occurred. We want to find out what the problem is. We want to solve it for our customer.

As you can see, our staff is trying to assist with this matter.

Martyn - I would appreciate if you would give the team a little room to do their job. As you should be aware, they work very hard and get tremendous feedback for their efforts and much praise for their outstanding customer service.
