Did you upload the files using binary mode? (FTP)

yes however when i went to upload the files in vbullentin cp it refuse th file so i reload the vbseo in the forum root again using binary but this time the forum disppear still have the function of the cp
3.6.2. is the current version on my site

Help! I'm having the same problem too! It showed an error when I uploaded the htaccess file so I deleted it, but then when I imported the product my whole site went blank!!

Sorry, I got it fixed. I re-uploaded in Binary and it was fine. I thought it was in Binary the first time.
