'white screen' generally indicates a 500 error.
go into your error_log and see what the error is.

i find that hard to beelive. error_log's record things even when the site is working fine.
do you have SSH access?

No, I don't have SSH access. When I found the file, error_log, I found php errors of other things, yet nothing for today.

at this point, you should put a support ticket in with admincp access for troubleshooting.

Please make sure your php memory_limit is set to 32mb or above
