What is the average waiting time for tickets?
I've been waiting for half an hour, now. My query is that I have not received any license key.

I get the following for "Your Current key:"

Your current key: Open a support ticket or contact licenses@crawlability.com

depends on the time of day, and what other tickets are in front of you.

Shouldn't be too long.


Usually you get this type of error when the .com you installed it on isn't recorded in the license database.

I think I misunderstood, as well. They asked for the forums url, so I thought Mafia Multiplayer Forums but on Mafia Multiplayer Forums, vBAdvanced is installed so it is not really the forums URL.

I haven't received a response yet, by the way.
