I'm getting the following error when clicking on one of our forum category titles. It only happens on the one category...

What is the title of that category? Do you have an actual directory named the same, under your forums directory?

Please also check the list of your CRRs in vbseocp, there might be a conflict with that URL.

'links/' could be doing it... I'll try removing that from the category title.
