want my license key plz !!!

after my forum support was updating,it ask me for the license key now,i click save it and it say red
what is my license key plz???
my forum is bad now!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The key is usually retrieved automatically.

Please open a support ticket with vbseo password and ftp details so we can troubleshoot/provide your key.

*edit* Bear in mind - Updates are available to non-expired licenses.

should i update my vbseo to 3.2 or 3.1 is okey?

vBSEO3.2.0 is the recommended version. You cannot upgrade until your license is renewed though (it's currently expired).

the license u gave me didn't turn to green it still the same
can't upgrade to vbseo 3.2 until renew license? how i upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1 without renew then? or 3.2 is diff?

You would be able to download/upgrade the files that were released before your license expired. Anything that was released after your license expired will not work.
