Visit member homepage links not working

I just noticed that when you click on a member's name, the dropdown menu that has a link - "Visit XXXXX's Homepage!" - that link is not working on my forums.

I don't know if it ever has since I installed vbseo. They all seem to link to the homepage with a # sign behind it???

A couple of members to look at for examples: draconis and Andrea (draconis has posts all over and should be easy to find)...
