very strange request url problem

Since overnight i have the 404 error not found when i click on a thread, but i don't have modify options in vbseo admin cp since 2 mouth, so i don't understand the problem.
I have desactivate vbseo, and it work but when i reactivate its the same problem, however i havent modify anything of this

Where is the problem? and sorry for my english
