Very Odd Thread Behaviour... Cant Open Page 1

Hi everyone,

I have just got VBSEO working today, all seems to be well but my members are reporting that they cannot open page 1 of a particular thread.......



No matter what I do, the thread will only open at Page 2....

Firefox gives an actual error message whereas Internet explorer just will not open page 1

I have tried to open several multiple page threads by the same initial poster of the one above and all is well.

Does anyone have any clues as to why Page 1 wont open

I turned VBSEO off and it does open.... so this is something VBSEO doesnt like in that thread.....

Any ideas?

Can we have the exact (vbseo'ed) URL of the thread that is posing this problem ?

Heres the thread, It will only open on Page 2, if VBSEO is turned off, it opens ok.

Keep it long or cut it off.. Update in last post - Page 2 - My Little Pony Trading Post

Hello ,

Please check your url rewrites and modify last-post url rewrite. There is a conflict between the rewrite rules and thread title.

Is this what I should be looking at:

Current Preset: 001 - Hierarchic .html type URLs with content relevant forums and threads (Default Settings)

can you explain how to do what you are suggesting....

EDIT. I tried changing the threads title and Page 1 still wont open

The thread has the words 'Page 2' at the end of it.

Unless I am very much mistaken, this is what is causing it to only open on Page 2.
