    Exclamation VBulletin Mobile App issues

    Hi ,

My forum has vbseo and i recently installed vbulletin mobile app and face some issues. VB support team indicated that it is because of the vbseo rewrite but i already excluded api.php in vbseo cp.

Thank you for contacting vBulletin Support. These problems are caused by vBSEO rewriting your attachment URLS. vBulletin Mobile doesn't understand the URLS that are created and cannot request the pictures and other content properly.
Is there anybody else facing the same issue ?

Here are the issues with mobile app
    1) Pictures in the forum threads/posts in not getting displayed.
    2) Smiles in articles are not getting displayed.
    3) youtube videos in forum threads/posts are not getting displayed

Please suggest if i need to exclude any other urls ?

    Thanks

Regardless of what vb will try to tell you, The app is coded poorly at best.

You're better off using ForumRunner. It's free. Or, you can pay for it and have it branded to your site as its own app.

Our software works with all of the other aps from tapatalk and forum runner, and stardard vb, without issue. The errors are in the vb mobile app itself.

To the best of my knowledge, api is the only script to exclude.
