I have one very annoying problem with vbseocp.php...
The file seems to be corrupted, the last option on the page is ''Go To Post in Thread' Redirect URL Format' and even there I can't edit the setting because there's no input field, it's simply gone...
I updated from an early version and I noticed this problem using Windows (Firefox) and Mac OS (Safari and Firefox) :(

Try re-uploading the vbseocp.php in binary mode. The CP works fine on my FireFox (Windows) and IE (Windows).

Interestingly enough I now get this:
Fatal error: Unable to read 48854 bytes in /www/htdocs/fckgw/diskussionsforum/vbseocp.php on line 0

Yeah, that sounds like a corrupt upload. Try deleting the old one from the server, and make sure you upload it again in Binary mode.
