vbseocp.php ERROR

When i try to access http://www.forum.com/vbseocp.php i get error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare () in /home/name/forum.com/web/includes/functions_vbseo.php on line 28

Any idea what this can be ?

Make sure you followed all installation steps and import vBSEO product. Installation instructions can be found inside doc folder within the package you download.

I see that you are using 3.0.7. Did you apply the file edits to functions.php file as described within readme.html ?
