Please download includes/config_vbsep.php file from your server. Edit the file via a text editor and look for the following line.

    // ****** CONFIG PANEL PASSWORD ******
    define('VBSEO_ADMIN_PASSWORD',          ''); 


Delete the value between two brackets save the file again and reupload it to your server. After this locate domain.com/vbseocp.php to define a new password
