Ok, TURN IT ON helps, I noticed.
Another problem...
[first_post_X_words] dont work with quoted messages, just the word "Quote:" and nothing more is returned. I also think it should exclude Quote tags and go for real words in the post.

In the title tag I use [forum_title], [thread_title] and [first_post_x_words] but the latter one dont show up in your example links since it dont work with quoted posts. Also added [forum_title] and [thread_title] as a header for the post. I will add H1 tags as you suggested. Thanks.
