vbSEO stops working upon switch to PHP5

Where abouts do I put: define('VBSEO_CUSTOM_DOCROOT', '/path/to/domain/root');

I tried deleteing cookies and hard refreash but not working.

Certainly something going on because I can't access the home forum page.
