VBSEO Sitemap DataBase Error Please Help!

I'm get the following error when trying to generate my sitemap for the first time.

[SECTION START] forumdisplay archived [0s (+0s)]

[SECTION START] blogs [0s (+0s)]
[SECTION START] albums [0s (+0s)]
[SECTION START] groups [0s (+0s)]
[SECTION START] tags [0s (+0s)]
Database error

I'm using Vbulletin 3.8 and VBSEO 3.2 could anyone help me figure this out?

If the error is related to MySQL Server Gone Away , you need to increase Mysql wait_timeout and restart mysql.

How do increase the msql wait time?

My need to edit my.conf file , if you donot know how to do it , you may want to contact your host and ask them to do it.
