vBSEO not playing nice with WordPress

I have wordpress installed in my domains root directory and then vBSEO applied to a community in a /community/ directory. Whenever I enable vBSEO and try to navigate to a forum (or post...or anything) it shows the WordPress 404 error page. But if I disabled vBSEO, the forum functions fine.

Any ideas?

Make sure that you have uploaded vBSEO's .htaccess file in community/ folder.

So i did, and still posts from forum don't display on wordpress index and articles from wordpress link to nowhere, although new posts are added on forums. Another issue is header and footer integration to be same on both.

What exactly are you trying to do ?
Pulling post from the forum into WP then adding them in the forum again ?
I have wordpress running fine on vBulletin SEO Setup and we have rss feeds in the side widgets from the forum.
