vBSEO inteferes with other functions?

I encountered 2 problems that did not happen before I installed vBSEO so I don't know if vBSEO is the cause.

1). I cannot access any post. I can go to any category or subforum but whenever I tried to read a post, I got this error message from Firefox (IE did not respond when I clicked any subject):

The page isn't redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

I do have my cookies enabled. So for example, here is the post:

and here is the category that contains the post:

T?o M?u và B? S?u T?p - Vi?t M?t - Làm ??p và Th?i Trang Nam N? Dành Cho Ng??i Vi?t

I can post new post though.

2). I cannot type Vietnamese anymore. I installed a popular script for typing Vietnamese and it worked really well. However, now it doesn't let me type any special symbol in my language.
