vBSEO doesn't rewrite URLs on page, but redirects them correctly

I have installed vBSEO successfully but unfortunately it doesn't rewrite my URLs correctly. The URLs on my forum http://peb.pl appear as http://peb.pl/forumdisplay.php?f=187 and are ony redirected to http://peb.pl/off-topic.html when I click on the link. Why doesn't vBSEO parse the URLs before they appear on the page?

It is installed and I even have reinstalled it now but nothing happened. If you need, I can give you FTP / Admin Access to check this issue.

Yes and the URLs are correctly redirected to the right pages, but on the site they appear as standard vBulletin URLs.
