vbseo crashing IIS with 100% CPU usage

Every time we try to enable vbseo 3.2 plugin the CPUs IMMEDIATELY hit 100% and pages hang and does not go back to normal load until disabled.

Any other big board IIS webmasters out there with similar issues?

We have 500k members, almost 1 million post 2000 new posts per day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

100% is with vbseo 3.2 enabled for about 2mins load returnes to normal once disabled.

Any ideas?
