    Hello Alex,

Have you already requested a test license for that domain yet?

Also, do you see any errors in your websites error_log?

    Hi Mike.

I thought if it wasn't live then it didn't need anything else, does it need a different licence and how do I go about it if I do?

I've checked the log but can't see where the error log is, can you point me in the right direction please.

You should open a ticket and request a test license. Normally the error log is in your document root.

Yes I have, but it stills shows 3.3.2 on vB4. Plus when it's enabled and I try to enter a forum it takes me back to my live forum, is it something to do with the .htaccess file?

    Hello,

What do you mean that it still shows 3.3.2 on vB4?

Have you uploaded the vbseo .htaccess file?

Also make sure your paths in vB options are setup on your clone site to reflect your clone site, not your live site.

You also need to make sure that you imported vBSEO 3.5.0 product file correctly.

I am having a very similar issue. I have installed 3.5 and when i go to vbseocp.php it does not allow my to log in. It is stuck on the password screen. When I enter via admincp > vbseo > settings, I am logges in but every option i click on in the menu is blank.

Please create a support ticket with ftp and vBSEO Cp login info so we can check the issue.
