Is vBSEO 3.1.0 compatible with vB 3.7.1?

In particular would old vBSEO cause a fatal operand type error in the admincp_functions.php file when trying to save in admincp?

I think I see part of the problem - trying to use this on my dev site (diff domain) vbSEO comes up as 'unregistered.'

Does development have to be on the same domain or is there a workaround?

However, I don't believe that is causing this...

Their is nothing reported about any bugs with it, but you can open a ticket and request a development license (be sure to include the URL for it) and we can set you up with a development key.
