URL Rewrite Problem

Hello I've got an weird issue. Here is my two members. ..Serenity.. (golpo.net/forum/member.php?u=2527) & Serenity (golpo.net/forum/member.php?u=2529). Now both links forwarded me to Serenity's profile. What should I do?

I have set the value of VBSEO_REWRITE_MEMBER_MORECHARS to 1. But still I'm having problem :S http://www.golpo.net/forum/members/..serenity../ << Page not found! Any help?

Nop same result. I change the value of VBSEO_REWRITE_MEMBER_MORECHARS to 0 & enable the Replace non-english characters again. Now it works. Strange! :S However there is another problem. In show thread page the given link is not right. But in private message it's ok. Check the attachment.

The best way to resolve that is to add [user_id] in member profile URL format.

Thanks for the reply. So I have to use "members/[user_name]-[user_id].html" right? One more question. If I change Forum URL's from f[forum_id] to "[forum_id]-[forum_title]" will that work? And do you support changing the forum's & member's profile's URL format after more than 1 year of using the current format? How much harmful it is?

Yes, that's correct.

It is suggested NOT to change your forum/thread URL formats since this is the place for your main content and you don't want to let search engines start reindexing again.
