    Hello,

It looks like that you have two forums with the same name: "Minnesota Twins". As you are not using [forum_id] variable, vBSEO is not able to recognize which is the category and which is its child forum.

You can fix that up by:

    1. Using vBSEO Slugs feature: [How-to] Use vBSEO's Forum Slugs - Custom Sub-Forum URLs
    2. Renaming one of the forums
    3. Changing URL format from [forum_title]/ to something else that uses [forum_id] variable

I personally prefer the third option, as it does help you to get better performance by adding IDs to your format URLs (this saves you a query to your database).

I got it to work, as i just rename the forum from Minnesota Twins to Twins baseball. as i like that name better. thank anyway. love this. best thing i install in a long time. But i will keep option 3 in mind if i do want to change to that.
