url not changing

When I enter a url from another forum

It does not change to the thread title on my site. but it does on this site.

What setting to I need to change to make this work for me?

It's a feature of the new version of vBSEO, due out very soon. If you're using the pre-release of vBSEO 2.4.5, you should be able to enable this option in vbseocp.php.

Where do i download the pre release, i did not see it on the downloads page.

Is it stable or should I wait for the release out very soon.

the pre-release version is available on per-request basis, please open a support ticket to get the download link.
It is quite stable now, although it's not a final release yet.
