It sounds like you just need to upload/install the ionCube version of vBSEO, since that's what you were using before.

ok i now have a new installation but i cannot access admin cp to do this

    B. Go to your ADMIN CP > 'Plugin System' > 'Manage Products' > Click on [Add/Import Product]
    1. Browse to the 'docs' folder of this installation and open 'crawlability_vbseo.xml', Click 'Import'

I get a 403 permission denied message. Remove the .htaccess file until you're done installing.

I'm still getting a 403 error. That wouldn't have anything to do with vBSEO though. Make sure you don't have a .htaccess file in any of your directories. (root, forums, admincp, etc)

You can open a support ticket with FTP and AdminCP logins and we can take a look.

Wow! That's real nice of you. I was TRYING to help you over with this crap of yours and this is what I get in the end? Heh I pity you!

And I'm thinking of not helping you in any way the next time you're having an issue with vBSEO. How about that, huh?
