upgrade vbb then install vbseo...or vice versa?

Just curious as I need to do both...does it matter or is there a preferred order?

currently running vb 3.6.4

planning on installing new version of vbseo just released.

I believe there is no difference. If i was you, i'd upgrade vBulletin first to make sure everything is working 100% then install VBSEO and make sure everything is ok also.

I run 3.6.8 and yesterday just installed the new VBSEO 3.1 really fast with no issue's.

There are a lot of updates from 3.64 to 3.68, you might want to do that and fix everything before you try adding vbseo. IMO.

Was planning on purchasing the installation item....is it possible to schedule this to coincide with planned downtime of the forums? we would like to take them offline and back them up...then have vbseo installed while the board is down etc.

or do you just pay for the install...then they install it when the next installation slot opens up?

It's always best to update the MAIN software first before you try add-ons.
