Upgrade problem

Hi,

I have tried upgrading but when I uploaded all files and installed it, I receive this error:

The encoded file /home/&&&&/public_html/includes/functions_vbseo.php is corrupt.

Then I reuploaded functions_vbseo.php

Then it gives me:

/home/&&&&/public_html/vbseocp.php is corrupt!

Has this got anything to do with the fact that I use httpd.conf as alternative for htaccess?

Nevermind,

I have read threads with similiar problem and the solution was that my transfermode was not in binary!
