you need a seperate test license (free). put a ticket in to request one.
Thanks briansol,
But I can't put a ticket in without paying for a new license.
... and even so, why is it showing up as unregistered on my main site?
Thanks for any help.

Well my forum is unusable until I get this resolved and I've had to turn it off.
What do I need to do? I have stopped using the plugin on my testing server (didn't even need it on there). But still my main forum has unregistered and is causing all kinds of problems.
If I turn the plugin off then all my URLs go back to being how they were. Lot's of 404 problems then.
Do I need to pay the $149 to upgrade to get this sorted out?

My main forum site is showing properly again after changing the URL back. That was my mistake.
If I can just turn the plugin off on my testing server then I shouldn't need the separate license I guess, is that right? But how can I go about getting the free license without having access to support here or is that impossible to do?
Thanks
Clancy
Your license must be active in order to receive "official" support via the Ticket System, and that's where you would request a test license.
You just need to renew though, not purchase a whole new license. Renewing gives you another year of Updated Versions, and Support.
And renewals cost only $35 USD, not the whole $149.
Thanks for your help. I will renew my license.
Cheers
