just installed the vbseo but it shows like that

why is that?

Please open a support ticket and supply the URL where you have your forum installed.

i am still waiting for an answer.one of the staff says your licence approved for your site but you say different i reply to my ticket with all of my information (payment etc.) and still waiting :(

A member of the sales team will have to verify the order information. Once that's done, you should be all set.

But i already got email from sale deparment that is saying : "your account approved" and i show you that .its about 12 hours past from my order.

This problem has been sorted. Closing thread.
