Unable to post to threads after installing vbSEO

Hello support.
I hope all is well. You guys are great.

After installing vbSEO for the first time into my forum, I'm no longer able to post to a thread (nobody is able to post!).

I can PM members, but can't write new threads in the open forum.
I'm getting an error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 46080 bytes) in /home/www/logodesignforum/forums/includes/class_dm_user.php on line 1038

Oleg had told me to increase the memory of my PHP scripts (by changing the PHP.ini file on my server). I did that, and restarted the server.

But I'm still getting the error message when I try to post to my forum.

Can you help?
My forum is my main source of tech support and I'm getting hit with a lot of eMail.

Thanks for your help!

- Marc

You need to increase your PHP memory_limit setting. 8megs is very small. Try setting it to 32megs.

Hi Keith.
Thanks very much.

... I thought I had changed it to 32!
Yet it still says 8mb in the error message.

Thanks for catching this - I'll look into it again.
this PHP.ini file is beyond me. I'm having to use PUDDY to change the settings which is way beyond my little coding skills!
